Fun fact: The Cure and Death Cab are both mentioned in THE OPPOSITE OF INVISIBLE. The other band mentioned therein, Charm of Hummingbirds, is entirely fake. A "charm" is a group of hummingbirds in the same way that a "school" is a group of fish. I learned this fun fact during extensive "research" as a Very Serious Novelist.
